As she prepares to launch a brand-new website for the property, she needed a striking, high-impact piece of media to serve as her online centrepiece: a premium 60-second hero video. Here is a look behind the scenes of how we approached this cinematic promotional shoot.

The Brief: A Taste of the Coastal Lifestyle

While our team frequently creates fully immersive 360-degree virtual tours for commercial spaces, this project called for a completely different creative direction. The goal here was focused storytelling. The client wanted a tight, fast-paced, and beautiful video package that showcased both the pristine, stylish interior of the home and its incredible coastal location. To deliver maximum production value, we divided the shoot into two core elements: internal cinematic tracking shots and professional aerial videography.

1. Seamless Internal Cinematography

Inside the property, lighting and smooth movement are everything. Using a professional camera rig mounted on a stabilised gimbal, we moved through the living spaces to replicate a natural, fluid human perspective. By capturing slow, deliberate tracking shots of the high-end finishes, open-plan layout, and coastal views through the windows, we created a sense of elegance and space that static images simply cannot match.

2. Aerial Perspectives with the Insta360 Antigravity A1

To truly show off the property's proximity to the Mundesley shoreline, we took to the skies. For the aerial work, we deployed our Insta360 Antigravity A1 drone system. A Quick Technical Note: While this specific drone is famous for capturing immersive spherical environments, for this project we utilised it to deliver ultra-smooth, high-definition flat video. The drone allowed us to capture sweeping, dramatic reveals of the house nestled against the Norfolk coast, establishing the perfect geographic context for holidaymakers looking for the ultimate beachside escape.

The Final Cut: A 60-Second Hero Showcase

The result of the shoot is a beautifully paced, 60-second promotional film designed to capture attention the moment the new website loads. It distils the entire luxury experience of the property into one powerful minute of footage.
